El sistema PUR, polímero de dos componentes Poliol e Isocionato, permite la producción de piezas de gran calidad en una amplia gama de densidades desde 80 a 700 kgr./m3 y con dureza superficial de 70 shore D. Pueden generarse piezas de formas diversas, complejas y con espesores variables sin inconvenientes de depresiones en la superficie. Insertos metálicos de cualquier tipo pueden ir incluidos en el mode quedando después del proceso de inyección integrados en la pieza. La terminación final puede realizarse con cualquier tipo de pintura líquida resultando así en piezas con un acabado de gran calidad e inmejorable estética adaptada a cada requerimiento.

Las características de este sistema productivo lo hacen ideal para series cortas y medias.
Los prototipos y moldes son fabricados en nuestras instalaciones asegurando así una total adaptabilidad tanto a los requerimientos de nuestros clientes como a los propios por necesidades técnicas de producción y permitiéndonos una mayor agilidad en el desarrollo de cada nuevo proyecto.
The PUR system, two components polymer Isocionate and Poliol, allows manufacture of high quality pieces with a wide range of density, from 80 to 700 kg/m3 and a superficial hardness of 70 Shore D. From the concept to reality: it is possible to design pieces with different shape, complex design and with different thickness without andy disadvantage of depression in the surface. These products have other advantage; metallic inserts can be included in the tool staying inside the piece when the injection process is finished. The part could be finished in any kind of liquid paint getting parts with a perfect finished and unbeatable design adapted to each request.

These characteristics grant this injection system the perfect requirements for short and medium mass production.
